Track & trace ECS

The service Track & trace ECS allows you to track your container shipment every step of the way: from the moment it arrives at the terminal to its departure by ship. In the service Track & trace ECS, you can see at a glance: 

• The point at which your shipment arrives at the sea terminal
• The point at which the terminal has sent the arrival at exit 
• The approval by Customs of the arrival at exit 
• The announcement of a Customs inspection (where applicable)
• The exemption of the shipment from an inspection by Customs
• The point at which your shipment has been loaded on board a ship
• The point at which the exit manifest has been accepted by Customs

Alternative proof of departure
Your export process via or is thereby fully transparent and manageable. You are fully in control of the logistics process, and the service you offer to your clients can be made even better. What is more, the track & trace information from our ECS services can also serve as alternative proof that your shipment has left the port in case Customs does not send you a confirmation of exit.
