ECS services

For easy and problem-free exporting of containers via Rotterdam and Amsterdam, Portbase offers four ECS services:

• ECS notification - for sending the five basic items of information about your shipment to Portbase
• Notification of arrival ECS containers for the submission of the arrival at exit by the sea terminal via Portbase
• Cargo declaration export EDI for the submission of the exit manifest by the shipping company/shipbroker
• Track & trace ECS for tracking your shipment online, from its arrival at the terminal to its departure by ship

As an exporter or forwarder, you will mainly work with the services ECS notification and Track & trace ECS.
